A 5-minute story about choice, kindness, and the quiet power we all carry.
One evening, an old grandfather was walking with his young grandson in the forest. The little boy looked up and asked, "Dadaji, why do I sometimes feel angry, and at other times feel kind?"
The grandfather smiled gently and said, "Inside every one of us, there are two wolves who are always fighting. One wolf is angry, jealous, sad, and selfish. The other wolf is calm, kind, brave, and grateful. They fight every single day."
The boy thought about this for a long moment. His eyes grew wide. "But Dadaji," he asked quietly, "which wolf wins?"
The grandfather looked into the boy's eyes and said, with a soft smile, "The one you feed."
Which wolf did you feed today?
Can you remember a moment when you chose kindness instead of anger?
What would help your kind wolf grow stronger tomorrow?
A new story every day. Listen together, reflect together, build the streak.
